Nutrition and Food Safety Biologist. I work professionally all over the country thanks to some collaborations, the network and digital tools. We carry out consultancy activities in the field of food safety and quality for companies operating in the food sector (catering companies, oil mills) supporting voluntary certification processes, and for public institutions ( I carry out scientific consultancy for the "Amaducci" Consortium of Padua. I am the general manager for the Lorenzo Caiolo Foundation, and i serve as Secretary and Head of Communications for the Mediterranean Diet Foundation of Ostuni. I organize cultural and scientific events on behalf of cultural associations that I chair or belong to.
